Jennifer and Travis's Wedding 11/01/2013
I started at Jennifer's parents home in Annapolis for getting ready photos. The weather started out beautiful and I was very hopeful it would be a great day weather wise. But, for some reason rain decided to come in and stay the entire day. Weather can be disappointing but it does not effect the over all wedding story. It remains the same and that is what I look capture. So, I use all possible indoor spots to help tell a story. It was a wonderful wedding party and they had so much fun. They had the best band around. Nightsong. They are fabulous. And they have absolutely the best front vocalist in the area. If you need a band, go to The Entertainment Exchange and look them up.
Allison and Matt's Wedding 11/02/2013
Back to CBBC for Allison and Matt's wedding. The weather today is fabulous. Allison, her bridesmaids and family are all so wonderful. I started with them at the salon and then over to a house they had rented. The ceremony was right at sunset so we had to really hustle after the ceremony for photos. It got dark and cold real fast. It was a great sunset for this great couple.
Traci and Chad's Engagement
I met Traci and Chad at Patapsco State Park for their engagement session. I love working there at this park. It has so many photo opportunities. There is the river, tunnels that go under train tracks, tracks themselves (but that can be dangerous), a great pond, a rope bridge and a water fall. But, you have to walk or drive to find them all. It was a beautiful fall day. Perfect for what I do.
Kaitlin and Craig's Engagement
Went back to St Michaels for Kaitlin and Craig. It was a little chilly but still very nice. We worked the area where the Museum is and then headed over to my new sunset spot. I had a lot of fun with them. Kaitlin is very beautiful and photogenic. I enjoyed myself. And I got a great sunset image that is now on my studio wall.
Erica and Daniel's Engagement
Erica and Daniel had their session at my go to park here on Kent Island. It was a very nice day. A little chilly but sunny with no wind. I will take cold over wind any day. Erica and Daniel were great together. The sunset was fabulous as well. That is the only time I bring a second light. It is for the sunset photos. I never use a flash on engagement session ever except for sunsets or night shots.
