Maui Trip

We spent 5 days on Maui a few weeks ago. Rented a car (a must) and drove from one end to the other. Still things I missed (have to go back i guess). It was a great adventure. I found Maui to be divided into two places. One side of the island is lush green, with mountains and streams. It is pretty wet (at least while we were there) which feeds the wonderful natural wonders. The other side of the island is sunny, dry and less green but for the beach and sun lovers a glorious part.

Below is the "Road to Hana" and the trails that are along the way.

Below is the resort we stayed at in southwest Maui

Maui Hyatt Resort & Spa and resort beaches which is located on the southwest edge of the island. This is where we stay and most of the above images are from there.
